Owners Tricia and John Wells saw a need for a coffee shop on the expanding south side of Newton, Kansas. With their experience in management and design, they brought to the Chisholm Trail Retail Mall JT's (John and Tricia) Java Hut.
Located on the north side of the mall, it is easily accessible from I-35 and from Kansas Ave. There is plenty of parking available. JT's Java Hut is situated between two wonderful stores, GOLF USA and RUE 21. Not far from JT's Java hut are other fine retail stores and an 8 theater movie house.
Tricia and John also are the owners of the Sports Grill and Bar. Large TV screens provide easy viewing of special sporting venues. The Sports Grill and Bar has a full menu that will fit anyone's appetite.

JT's Java Hut is the meeting place of the famous Flamingo Sisterhood. They are usually at the Hut each Saturday morning around 10:00 AM. You may be wondering, "what is a Flamingo Sister?" Stop by the Hut on Saturday morning and find out. Maybe you have what it takes to join.
